This Privacy Policy explains how GEORGI KARAMIHALEV ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the website georgikaramihalev.bg and purchase Velura System.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you submit an order or contact form: your full name, telephone number, and - on the contact form - your email address and message. We also collect technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source. If you consent, analytics cookies may collect anonymised behavioural data.
2. How we use your information
We use your name and phone number solely to confirm and fulfil your order. Your email address is used to respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form. We do not use your data for automated profiling or unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.
3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR Article 6)
We process order data on the basis of contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)). We process contact enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) in responding to customer questions. Where we use analytics or marketing cookies, we rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
4. Sharing your information
We share your delivery address and contact details with our courier partner solely to fulfil your order. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers (hosting, analytics) under data processing agreements. If required by law, we may disclose data to authorities.
5. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data where there is no lawful reason to retain it; object to processing; request restriction of processing; data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) - the supervisory authority for the UK: ico.org.uk.
7. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA (for example, to analytics providers), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Data retention
Order data is retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. Contact enquiry data is retained for 12 months and then deleted. Cookie data is retained for the duration set by each cookie - see our Cookie Policy.
9. Children's privacy
Velura System is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have done so, we will delete it promptly.
10. Third-party services
With your consent, we may use Google Analytics (analytics cookies: _ga, _gid, _gat) and Google Ads conversion tracking (_gcl_au, _gcl_aw). If you have consented to analytics, anonymised usage data is sent to Google LLC under their data processing terms. If you have consented to marketing, Google Ads conversion data is collected. We also use Google Maps via an embedded iframe on our contact page; Google's Privacy Policy applies to map interactions. All third-party services are listed in our Cookie Policy.
11. Cookie use
We use cookies to maintain site functionality, analyse traffic and serve relevant advertising. Full details are in our Cookie Policy. You can manage your preferences at any time via the cookie settings panel.
12. Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
