These terms govern your use of georgikaramihalev.bg and any purchase of Velura System from GEORGI KARAMIHALEV, g.k. Vazrazhdane, ul. “Perelik” 62, 8601 Yambol, Bulgaria.

1. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations, or that is fraudulent or harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its servers.

2. Ordering and sale conditions

Orders are placed by submitting your name and telephone number via the order form. A contract of sale is formed when our team calls you to confirm your order and you verbally confirm acceptance. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made in cash or by card to the courier at the point of delivery - no prepayment is taken online. You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before dispatch by informing our team during the confirmation call or by contacting us by email.

3. Limitation of liability and supplement disclaimer

Velura System is a food supplement. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We make no medical claims about Velura System. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GEORGI KARAMIHALEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance on this website or the product. Our total liability for direct losses shall not exceed the price paid for the product.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos and images - is the property of GEORGI KARAMIHALEV or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our written permission.

5. Returns and cancellation

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Returns Policy for full details. For hygiene reasons, opened food supplement packaging cannot be returned.

6. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
